Traffic Delays to DWAH
Friday, December 16, 2011 at 9:52AM The initial preparation work for a new 95 ft wide, 200 ft long bridge on South River Road between Target and DWAH has begun. The contractors will be blasting ledge and placing base material between now and March 2012. It is expected that there will be 12 minute traffic delays during the actual blasting process. Please keep this in mind if you are traveling to DWAH.
An alternate route is for clients to get onto the Everett Turnpike and take the new Manchester Airport Access Rd which will bring you South of the hospital, just over the Merrimack border. You can then take a left turn and head North on Route 3 to DWAH.
Thank you for your understanding and patience during this bridge construction. We anticipate it will be a lengthy process continuing through 2012.
